Victor Maspero was my real estate agent when I sold my house in St Petersburg, FL. I couldn't have asked for more.. He worked very hard to make sure that my house was in the best condition possible so that buyers would be impressed. He was fair with buyers but worked very hard to get me as close to the upper market price possible. He took care of the buyer as well as the seller. He made sure that all legal issues were observed so that there wouldn't be any issues at closing.

I would recommend Victor Maspero to anyone selling or buying a property. I can't say enough good things about him. He is an expert realtor who spent time and money to allow the house I wanted to buy to pass inspection. He negotiated a great price for the home I bought and it was appraised for more than what I paid. He was patient, available, and gives a 110% of his time and energy. When my mortgage company was giving me the run around, he referred me to another that gave me a lower interest rate!! Victor definitely knows his stuff and I have recommended him to many others who have also had the same experience. Five stars are not enough for him!! GREATEST REALTOR EVER!!

I can not say enough about how personable and knowledgeable Victor is and how greatly he helped and guided us through what is a very important decision to make and a very confusing and stressful process! Victor not only helped guide us and coordinate the sale of our home, but he graciously took us on our journey in helping us find and purchase our forever home. I wouldn't consider Victor as an 'agent' after our experience, he treated us like family. Every step of the way, he was patient in answering our questions, calming our fears and would take phone calls to answer any questions any time of the day.
